Gmail makes me feel like it’s Christmas Everyday!!
Web Impakt is a huge fan of Gmail, well a huge fan of basically anything Google but Gmail ROCKS!!! If you have not had a chance to check it out for either buisness or personal use it should be added to your to-do list. This is an amazing email client with several options in helping streamline your email.
Here are some AWESOME labs worth checking out you just need to look in the settings and click the LABS tab.
- Sender Time Zone, this is great for all of our out of state clients
- Forgotten Attatchment detector Prevents you from accidentally sending messages without the relevant attachments. Prompts you if you mention attaching a file, but forgot to do so.
- Multipule Inbox’s Add extra lists of emails in your inbox to see even more important email at once. The new lists of threads can be labels, your starred messages, drafts or any search you want, configurable under Settings.
- Undo Send (wonderful when you notice a misspelling or are feeling sheepish after a hastily written message)
- Don’t forget about Bob: offers suggestions of other people to send to from your contact list.
- Got the wrong Bob? Doh, have you ever addressed an email too quickly, and included Bob (your boss) instead of Bob (your friend) by accident? If you’re emailing more than two people at once, Gmail will check if you meant to include Bob Smith rather than Bob Jones based on the groups of people you email most often.
